WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We primarily ship through our channel partner Delhivery/DTDC/Shree Maruti Courier primarily. Our coverage areas are limited to the areas covered by our channel partner. International Couriers are shipped through Fedex

WHAT IS THE STANDARD DELIVERY TIME?

Please allow eight to ten days for your order to reach. Metro areas usually reach within 4 days. There might be a bit delay on delivery in some cases due to some operational constraints

WHY IS THE COD OPTION NOT OFFERED IN MY LOCATION?

The availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

International orders are shipped by Fedex and it does take time to ship as we need to prepare documents for each and every item separately. For international orders we are responsible for the package until it reaches your country and will follow up to get it delivered but in the rare case that the foreign country customs rejects the material we would not be responsible for that and the refund would be net of to and fro shipping charge . Please make sure that the item you order is allowed by the foreign country customs. Please check for duty charges in your respective country before ordering as we would not be responsible for any duty charges by the destination country.
